About the job

Working in harvest means that you work in a cuttingteam in the field, harvesting the crops in the
best way caring for the quality.

Weeding works in teams of different size of people. They all take care of the weeding in the fields
by handcraft from hatch wagons.

We work after Global Gap Standard and it is good to have experience, but it is also possible to get
the necessary knowledge and training from the teamleader and working side by side with the other
workers at AgroSolis.

Most important tasks

  • Both jobs require a sense for quality.
  • The most important thing for an employee at AgroSolis is to be committed and willing to work towards a common target.
  • It is an advantage if you speak or understand English.

  • You must be a teamplayer and be ready to work in the different fields after the instruction from the teamleader.
